Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
At Jois our goal to provide the best our customers with the best possible return service. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, please return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please call us at 85-JOIS-YOGA, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT. You will be given a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please write this number on the return package. Please return items to:

To help ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse, we encourage you to return your items using a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx.
Turnaround time for exchanges and replacements is usually 2-3 weeks (including ship time) if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Exchanges and replacements will be treated as new orders; shipping and handling charges may apply.
Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned. If we are not able to repair or replace an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on your return form.
Cancellations
In the event you would like to cancel an existing order, please contact customer service toll-free at 1-85-JOIS-YOGA (1-855-647-9642), between Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT. In the event that an order has already been shipped, and you do not want to keep your items, please follow the return/exchange/refund instructions.
Delivery/Shipping
Orders will be processed for shipping within 3-5 days. Please allow 7-10 business days for items shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground. Expedited services are available for an additional charge, please contact customer service toll-free at 85-JOIS-YOGA, between Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT.
