BEGINNING THE PRACTICE AT JOIS
Regardless of age or ability, beginners are always welcome at Jois Yoga. We work with you where you are now, and treat every student as an individual.

The best way to learn the Ashtanga Yoga Method is to begin in the Mysore Class. In this class you are taught one on one, starting from the basics and working your way toward a sustainable practice that will be yours forever.
